: (1) Meetings of the Committee shall be held as required.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman.
(3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, it will be considered that the quorum of the meeting of the committee has been reached.
(4) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, a person chosen by the members from among themselves shall preside over the meeting.
(5) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(6) If the committee deems it necessary, it may invite a representative of any agency of the Government of Nepal or any native or foreign expert to participate in the meeting of the committee.
(7) The decision of the committee will be certified by the member-secretary.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
